What are my Shipping Options?
We offer 3 convenient ways to ship your online or phone order. To find out when you'll receive your order based on the shipping method you select, see "When will I receive my order?" below. We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard delivery method ONLY. 2nd day and Air delivery is not available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders placed online or by phone within 3 business days of the day the order was placed. If your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, we will notify you immediately. We ship to Post Office boxes using USPS standard shipping only. Logo setups (engraving, signature and embroidery) require extra time.

When will I receive my order?
The shipping method you select will affect how long it will take for your order to arrive. We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard delivery method ONLY. 2nd Day and Air delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the merchandise value of your order. Personalization charges are excluded. Please add $4 for each additional shipping address. Special shipping situations may incur additional shipping charges.

How do I place an international order?
We can ship orders to destinations outside of the continental U.S. Please call our Customer Service at 988-948-9882 for shipping time frames and charges.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with links to the shipping company's tracking site, which contains detailed information about the status and location of your order.

How do I ship to an APO / FPO address
Place your order as usual but please only select Standard Shipping. Add $2 per shipping address to the standard ground shipping rate. Faster shipping methods (Second Day and Next Day Air) are not available for shipping to APO / FPO addresses. Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery.

How much does personalization cost?
The following prices apply to each gift you have personalized. Minimum charge is $7.50 per item for any message (if message is only one word, letter, number or initial).
Shipping charges are based on the merchandise value of your order. Personalization charges are excluded. Please ad $4 for each additional shipping address. Special shipping situations may incur additional shipping charges.

How do I personalize a gift on your site?

What font styles do you offer?
We have a wide variety of unique font styles that will complement your unique message. Click here to view our fonts and other personalization information.

Can I change the color of the tread used to embroider a gift
You can choose the color of the thread used to personalize many of our embroidered items. After you select an item to personalize, simply choose from the available thread colors under step 3, "Select A Color."

How do I give more specific engraving instructions?
If you have special requirements or instructions for how you would like a gift or gifts personalized, please call us at (888)-948-9882 before placing your order.

How do I personalize a gift with a logo?
We can set up your company logo or signature for engraving on almost all of our gifts. Once on file, logo / signature engraving is $6 per item. For more information and to place a logo / signature order please call our Customer Service at (888) 948-9882 or send us an info@Cudos2u.com. (Logo / Signature services are not available online.

Do I have to create an account if I want to order online?
We are committed to your satisfaction and privacy. If for any reason you do not wish to register with us to receive special offers, expedited checkout and order status information, you can still place an order on our site. On the Shopping Cart page, simply click "Check Out" and you can proceed through the Checkout process without creating an account. During the process, you will be asked for billing and shipping information that will be used solely for order processing purposes.

What methods of payment do you accept?
At Cudos we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you would like to pay by check, money order or purchase order, please call Customer Service at 988-948-9882 for more information on how to place your order.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes. Our Customer Service Representatives are ready to assist you at 988-948-9882,
Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern Time and Saturday 10am-4pm

Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Absolutely. Indicate in the Comments Box at checkout that you would prefer this method and we will notify you when your item is ready.

How do I get an order direct billed or use an purchase order?

I can't find an item on your site; can I still order it?
If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please call Customer Service at 988-948-9882 and a Customer Service Representative will be able to check the status of the item or suggest similar items.

How can I inquire about or change my order?
If you registered with us when you shopped, log into My Account and click on "View Orders." There, you will be able to view status of your order and track any orders that have shipped. If you did not register with us when you shopped, or to expedite or change your order, please call Customer Service at 988-948-9882 for assistance.

How do I get a price quote for a business or large order?
Please call Customer Service at 988-948-9882 for details.

How do I use my tax Exemption ID on my order?
Please call Customer Service at 988-948-9882 to place your order, and when you call. please be ready to provide a copy of your tax exemption form.

What is your return policy?
  • Merchandise returned with a valid sales receipt within 60 days of purchase can be completely refunded or exchanged for merchandise of equal value. (online customers please use order packing slip as receipt.)
  • Merchandise returned with a valid sales receipt after 60 days can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value.
  • Merchandise returned without a valid sales receipt may be exchanged for merchandise equal to the value of the returned merchandise at the time of the return.
  • Merchandise paid for by check can be refunded in cash 10 days after the transaction.
  • Merchandise paid for by check returned within 10 days can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value or a check can be issued from our corporate office.
  • Cash refunds greater than $75 will be issued in the form of a check by our corporate office.

  • Can I return a gift that's been personalized?
    At Cudos, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange it, even if it's been personalized. We will satisfy you in accordance with our Return policy.

    How do I use your Search function?
    In the Search Box, found in the upper left corner of any page on our site, type in the word or phrase for what you are looking for. If you want a more focused search, use our Advanced Search, where you can search by Keyword, Item Number, Price, Recipient, Occasion, Product Type, or any combination of criteria.

    Can I order pen and pencil refills online?
    Yes. Just enter the 6-digit item number for the refill you need in our Search box and order it as you would any other product.

    How do I send a gift to someone?
    After you select your Shipping Method in Step 2 of 4 of the checkout process, you'll be asked to select your shipping address. If you want to send the gift or gifts to a different address than the billing address, simply choose from the available addresses in your Address Book, using the dropdown menu to the far right. To add a new address to your address book, click on "Create New Address", and to edit existing addresses, click on "Edit Address Book". Additions and changes will be updated immediately for use in your order.
